What to expect?
Connect with your body and your bump in this beautiful pre-natal yoga space. We will align our bodies, strengthen the muscles we use in birth, relax our mind and leave feeling content, honoured and blessed. Pregnancy yoga is wonderful for both its physical and mental benefits. Physically we will gently work with the body, connect with our babies and our pelvic floors and safely move with comforting fluidity . Mentally we will unwind and relax to be kind to ourselves at this beautiful but (sometimes) emotionally challenging time. We will acknowledge and appreciate all feelings, and embrace the changes we are going through together. If you find yourself in the class wanting to sit and do nothing, this is absolutely welcomed. If you find yourself wanting to do your own movements outside the structure of the class, this is also welcomed. And if ever you want to cry, talk, laugh or sleep you are also most welcome to do so. You are the mother, and I am here to ensure a safe space for you. Join me in this special space as we honour the divine mother within at this unique and wonderful time in your life.
