Hi there, I'm Robyn and I have been practising yoga for 9 years. I qualified as a certified 200 hour RYT teacher in 2018 with Yoga London after I decided that I wanted to share the beauty of what this practice gave me with others, so that it may help them as much as it helped me. I went on to train as a pregnancy yoga teacher with Yogamama when I found out that I was pregnant, and I am delighted to have the
honour of teaching such a wonderful practice to expectant mothers-to-be at
such a beautiful, energetically transformative, unique and precious time in their lives.
Practising yoga transformed my life. I began my journey with this practice
through an interest in meditation, and the benefits it has on the mind,
which sparked a natural pathway of learning of the history and philosophies
behind these practices, which led me to the world of yoga.
I teach gentle classes with a focus on awareness of the mind and the present
moment. While my passion as a teacher is calming the mind and tuning into the
more subtle elements of the practice, I also teach my classes with a strong focus on
anatomy, physiology and the physical benefits that we may develop and feel from
our yoga postures.
This means that my classes are suitable for all levels of ability as they incorporate
flow, strength, stretch and relaxation; whether you are a beginner, or advanced
yogi, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
